Oshawa set to host 2011 EOBA Rookie Championship August 12-14
Oshawa is set to host the 2011 EOBA Rookie Ball Championships this weekend. The big 13 team championship baseball tournament includes both Oshawa Legionaires Rookie Ball team and their Minor Rookie Ball rep team in the field. Twenty four games of great baseball action will take place all over the city of Oshawa with the winner crowned on Sunday at 3pm at Durham College Field. A dedicated host committee from the Oshawa minor and major Rookie Ball teams has planned a great championship that also includes a BBQ and a big skills competition on the Saturday at Durham College.
